Hi from Australia
I am enrolled in a theological degree studying Ministry through
Chaplaincy with a research topic:
A model for professional and personal development and
support of chaplains to facilitate effective ministry and lifestyle.

I am interested in chaplain's personal experiences and views on:

- what field are they in and length of ministry

- what structures they have in place to support them
personally and professionally and why.

- do/did the support requirements vary during their career
in ministry and if so, why.

- specific challenges they find in their ministry

- what support they don't have and why it would assist
them in effective ministry and lifestyle.

I would appreciate any information, contacts or suggestions you have.
My details are: heather.cooke@transport.qld.gov.au
Have a lovely day - many thanks, Heather.

How can an organisation become a member of the Network?
Thank you.

Became aware of the site after browsing Scotlands Chaplains site.
Your site is developing very well, and it is interesting to be able to
make contact with Chaplains throughout Europe when the need arises.
I wish each and every Chaplain the strength to continue the sterling
work that you do within the Health Service. Take care, David Bennett.

Thank you for the information on the 7th Consultation - we are
delighted to know that we are included in your mailing. We are hoping
that at least 1-2 representatives from Ireland will attend. Please
keep us informed.
Regards and thanks - Danielle Browne

Pleased to see the site up and running. I missed the Crete
consultation but hope to make it in 2002 in Finland. With all best
wishes.

Just browsing and stopped for a visit. Didn't know of your organization
before and very glad to know about it now. Have bookmarked your page.
I would like to participate in forum discussions about healthcare
chaplaincy. I am a hospital chaplain in Nova Scotia, Canada. Best
wishes and hope to hear from some of you.

Good to find you on the net! I have just had a quick surf- and look
forward to future developments. Currently cannot get 'who we are' and
one other page (can't remember which)to load- but trust this will soon
be ironed out-

I will put a ink on www.hospitalchaplain.com very soon,
all the best and welcome,

Simon
